Endeavor to prevent conflict of interest
KNOC identified tasks to prevent conflicts of interest and corruptive practices along with the CEO’s declaration on the will for active participation. KNOC revised the standards on the prevention of conflicts of interest in Code of Conducts, inspected the status and conducted the education with external experts by checking the appropriateness of the Conflict of Interest Prevention System to prevent conflicts of interest, the pursuit of improper profits, and reflecting the features of KNOC. Moreover, KNOC expanded the conflict of interest prevention culture as the integrity leader, including the revision of the guideline on the transition to frugal gas stations, participation in the Ulsan Private Sector and Government Integrity Council and Forum on Conflict of Interest Prevention
